• Refunds will not be given to customers after this 30 day period has expired.
  
  
• Synergexx Holdings Inc. must be contacted, and will issue a "return authorization number" prior to the return of the unit. This number must be affixed to the outside of the returning box before the unit will be accepted.

• Unit must be repacked exactly as received. (click here for a guide) It is important to keep all boxes and packing material. After full inspection of the returned unit any damaged parts will be deducted from refund.
  
  
• A restocking fee of $40.00 will apply to each returned unit.

• Shipping, bank charges  and/or handling costs are not refundable.
  
  
• All return shipping costs are at the expense of customer.

All returns must be authorized and the "return authorization number" must be affixed to the exterior of the box.  We will refuse any shipments not authorized, properly labeled, sent COD or Freight Collect.
